  • Your Sales Rep will call on you as often (or as little) as you require.
  • They will get to know you, your business and your unique requirements.
  • The aim is that, over time, to build a feeling of partnership and not simply supplier/customer.
• By Phone
  • Our team of knowledge and experienced telesales are on hand to take your order and help out with any queries.
  • Either call us or be added to a ringing list to receive a call at a convenient time.
  • Be made aware of any special offers we are running.
  • We will tell you immediately about any ‘out of stocks’ and offer alternatives. We won’t just take the order for you to find it’s been ‘crossed off’ when you receive your delivery.

• Out of Hours voicemail
  • Main orders can be added to up to 9pm.
  • Orders can be places over the weekend (up until 9pm Sunday) for Monday delivery.

• Ordering App
  • Our H N Nuttall app can be downloaded onto iOS and Android devices.
  • Provides real time information.
  • Product images and specs.
